History

One of four RoRo 2200 freight ferries, which was the largest ships in the Seatruck fleet. They were the largest ships to operate out of the port of Heysham.

January 16th 2012: Keel struck.

March 26th 2012: The vessel was christened by Lynn McBurney, the wife of McBurney Transport’s Norman McBurney and launched.

June 29th 2012: Delivered to  Seatruck Ferries Four Ltd, Douglas, Isle Of Man.

July 5th 2012: Left Flensburg for Dublin.

July 10th 2012: Maiden voyage Dublin – Liverpool.

September 2012: Chartered to Stena Line and renamed STENA PRECISION

September 17th 2012: Services Belfast – Heysham.

October 2017: Switched with STENA HIBERNIA and moved to Belfast – Birkenhead, due to a need for more capacity on that route.

August 24th 2018: Final sailing Belfast – Birkenhead and sailed to the wet basin at Cammell-Laird, Birkenhead.

August 25th 2018: Arrived Birkenhead at the completion of her charter Stena Line charter and renamed SEATRUCK PRECISION.

August 31st 2018: To dry-dock Cammell-Laird, Birkenhead.

September 2018: Services Heysham – Warrenpoint.

August 2019: Refit relief Dublin – Liverpool.

2020: Seatruck acquired by CLdN

May 2020: Weekly service connecting Zeebrugge (Belgium) and Cork (Ireland) was launched by CLdN.

February 19th 2024: Seatruck Ferries Ltd became CLdN RoRo.

September 29th 2024: Registered Owner: CLdN RoRo Ltd, Heysham, UK. and continued Dublin – Liverpool.

March 2025: Renamed PRECISION.

May 2025: Relocated to Cork from Liverpool to operate Cork – Zeebrugge

December 2025: Resumed Warrenpoint – Heysham.
