December 12th 2010:

“Broke from its moorings in Novorossiysk port and went adrift in strong NE winds with gusts up to 20 meters/sec. The vessel collided with the bulk carrier GIORGOS B at berth 12, then moved further and collided with the bulk carrier BERING ID at berth 16. The port tug BODRIV while trying to take the vessel in tow, collided with the reefer after the towline broke, The BODRIV got damage and dents of upper bridge, leers and radar antenna. The lifeboats were damaged on the PACIFIC MERMAID and GIORGOS B the BERING ID got damaged lifeboat and its bulwark dented on 20 meters length.”.
