Fifth ship in the Ponant Explorers class of cruise ships operated by Ponant. Each member of the class has been allocated the name of a famous French explorer, and Le Bellot is named after Joseph Rene Bellot, a French naval officer and Arctic explorer

July 26th 2019: Launched.

March 13th 2020: Delivered to SNC Sedna Bail, Marseille, France. Management Compagnie des Iles du Ponant, Marseille, France.

March 2020: Commenced cruising.
