Pandoro

Overview

Pandoro was a ferry company which was established in 1975 by the Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company (P&O) to operate the company’s Irish Sea RORO ferry routes. Pandoro was an acronym for PandO Roro. In 1998 the Pandoro name was changed to P&O Irish Sea following the merger of the Cairnryan-based services of P&O European Ferries (Felixstowe) Ltd and those of Pandoro Ltd (who operated routes between England, Scotland and France to Ireland). In 2010, P&O Irish Sea was merged into the operations of P&O Ferries.
