Nicko Cruises Schiffsreisen GmbH (Nicko Cruises) is a German river and cruise ship operator based in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. It is owned by Mystic Invest Holdings, a Portuguese privately held financial holding with more 25 years of experience in the travel and tourism sector. Mystic Invest Holding was started in 1993 by Mário Ferreira with the establishment of DouroAzul, a river cruise company in Portugal. Today the company operates four cruise brands in both the river and ocean cruising sectors.
