January 4th 2006: Sailed into dry dock at Yokohama for repairs and re-modelling to meet the needs of the Japanese market. When she emerged for her new cruising schedule in the Spring she will have a new name, ASUKA II. Nippon Yusen Kaisha (NYK), co-parent company to Crystal Cruises the vessel.
April 24th 2006: Sold to NYK Cruises Co Ltd, Yokohama, Japan and renamed ASUKA II.
May 28th 2006: Inaugural arrival at Dover as ASUKA II

2020: Drydock in Singapore for a major refurbishment, including the addition of an exhaust gas cleaning system The drydock scheduled to take 60 days.
