History

March 26th 1976: Launched.

October 1976: Delivered to Seaspeed Ferries International Ltd, Andros, Greece.

October 1976: Chartered to Fred Olsen Seaspeed Ferries, Piraeus, Greece for services between Felixstowe – Rotterdam – Beirut – Tartus – Dammam – Jeddah.

June 1st 1977: Capsized in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and declared a total loss.

September 17th 1977: Raised and re-floated.

October 26th 1977: Towed from Jeddah to Suez for the onward journey to Piraeus.

November 1977: Sold to Knut Holger Hermansson, Skärhamn, Sweden.

November 22nd 1977: Towed from Piraeus to Gothenburg.

January 12th 1978: Arrived in Gothenburg for repairs.

1978: Renamed INGER EXPRESS.

1978: Chartered to AG Ems, Germany, (Ems-Scan Line) for services between Gothenburg – Esbjerg – Eemshaven.

1979 – 1981: Chartered to Roto Line for services between Felixstowe – Zeebrugge – Wallhamn – Oslo.

1981: Sold to an unknown Argentinian company but, owing to the Falklands war, the sale was cancelled.

November 13th 1981: Sold to Cobelfret, S.A. Antwerp, Belgium.

November 23rd 1981: Renamed MARCEL C.

November 1981: Services between Zeebrugge – UK.

July 2007: Arrived in Vlissingen for refit.

August 27th 2007 – September 15th 2007: Began services for Roroco/ Cobelfret between Ostend – Killingholme.
