Steel twin screw motor vessel built in 1965 by Cantieri Riuniti dell’Adriatico, Monfalcone, Italy (Yard No. 1882) as a Passenger Ferry/Ship.

History 

June 8th 1964: Launched for Hellenic Tourism Organisation as the third in a trio of car ferries for the Piraeus – Heraklion – Santtorini – Rhodes – Kusadasi – Istanbul – Delos – Mykonos – Piraeus weekly service.

1965: Delivered to Typaldos Line, Piraeus, Greece.

1966: Sold to Epirotiki Lines, Piraeus, Greece and renamed JASON.

1967: Rebuilt as a cruise ship.

1967: Entered European cruising service.

January 1st 1996: Registered to Sarah Shipping, Greece.

2000: Transferred to Panamanian flag.

December 5th 2005: Sold to Derwent Ocean Ltd, Sa, Panama and renamed OCEAN ODYSSEY.

2008: Registered Manager; Ocean Cruises India Private Ltd.

2008: Detained in Cochin (India).

October 2009: Sold for scrapping.

July 29th 2009: Arrived Alang for scrapping.
