History

One of four vessel built in Japan. These were built with a Japanese Government subsidy which required ownership and manning to remain Japanese, hence the chartering arrangements.

May 26th 1983: Launched as BALTIC STAR for S.O. Line. Manager; Tokumaru Kaiun K.K, Japan.
