Overview


SNAV (Società Navigazione Alta Velocità) is an Italian company that operates ferry services from Italy to Sardinia, Croatia and Sicily. In 2000 SNAV launched a joint venture with Sea Containers (SeaCo) which was marketed as SNAV-Hoverspeed. The joint venture operated a high speed ferry between Hvar and Pescara and Pescara and Zadar. In 2010 SNAV merged with the Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) owned Grandi Navi Veloci (GNV).
